K&S welding includes AWS certifications 1.1 and 1.3. We employ robotic and manual welding using MIG, TIG, and spot welding capabilities. All weld fixtures are designed, built, and maintained in-house to ensure the parts made from them are accurate and on time. Before any weldment or weld fixture is released for production, it goes through a PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis). This process allows engineering, quality, and manufacturing to walk through the process before parts are made to work out any issues that may arise. What this means for the customer is accurate parts, on time, at a competitive price.
